Job Title: Data Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to help us build and manage systems that organize critical business data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and customize data management solutions using a leading platform.
  • Create and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored and linked).
  • Design and implement ways to connect this platform with other systems (using APIs, ETL tools, or web services).
  • Collaborate with the team to find the best technical options and guide them in development.
  • Talk to clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring the data management system.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with data management platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Certification in data management or knowledge of PIM.
