**Job Title:** Operations Manager

Job Description

The role of an Operations Manager is to oversee the daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards in guest service, cleanliness, and overall property management. This involves driving hotel sales and revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.

This position also entails leading, training, and motivating a diverse team across departments, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. The Operations Manager will collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows and ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other operational areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising front office operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and guest satisfaction. They will also develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standard operating practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Additionally, the Operations Manager will monitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing issues to ensure exceptional guest experiences. They will manage budgets, control costs, and work towards maximizing profitability across all outlets.

The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Conducting regular inspections and audits of all departments to maintain quality standards and operational readiness is also a key responsibility of this role.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as the Operations Manager will handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a commitment to resolution. Reporting to the General Manager and deputizing in their absence is also an important aspect of this role.
