Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes, emphasizing regional and Himalayan-inspired flavors.
  • Contribute to menu development by incorporating local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene across all dishes.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and Commis chefs.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Monitor inventory, reduce food wastage, and support procurement processes.
  • Engage with guests, participate in live cooking sessions, and promote regional food offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience in quality hotels or resorts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple cuisines, including Indian, Chinese, and regional specialties.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail, quality, and consistency in food preparation.
