We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team.
As one of the leading providers of smart, scalable, and future-ready EV charging solutions, we empower residential and commercial builders, fleets, institutions, and businesses with state-of-the-art AC & DC smart chargers, supporting technology and end-to-end charging infrastructure.
With comprehensive expertise covering design & development, manufacturing, infra setup and service, we are poised for growth in the electric vehicle market.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, negotiating deals, managing customer relationships, and driving growth in their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Identify new prospects, build a robust pipeline of potential clients through online and offline channels.
- Proactively reach out, follow-up, and nurture relationships through regular communication and tailored interactions.
- Sales and Deal Closure
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
- Manage negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer onboarding to meet acquisition targets.
- Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs deeply and propose tailored solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Intelligence
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations.
- Share data-driven insights internally to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
