Job Description

This is a critical role that handles escalated technical issues related to 'LIVE' products. The ideal candidate should be able to channelize these issues properly as special reports/feedback to Research & Development (R&D) through Central Quality Assurance (CQA). Additionally, they should be able to handle exhaustive troubleshooting and guide the Service Executives (Dealer) in their work.

Responsibilities

">

P - Productivity: Optimum productivity in dealing with product issues and resolution of escalations.

">

Product escalations should be supported with resolutions.

">

New model escalations should be supported with resolutions.

">

Q - Quality: Create draft for product improvement (PFR), ensure post cut-off part failure intimation, and coordinate with backend for production vehicles.

">

Determine percentage of Launched Model Product Failure Report (PFR), provide proper feedback to R&D through CQA with evidence and analysis of new issues.

">

Determine percentage of New Model, provide proper feedback to R&D through CQA with evidence and analysis of new issues.

">

Analyze individual technical issues along with Service executive to enhance technical understanding about the issues.

">

C - Cost: Warranty Parts replacement with technical analysis and proper root cause.

">

Field fix tag on problematic vehicles to reduce cost to company and monitor for speedy replacement in field vehicles.

">

Control Debit to Dealers under warranty replacements.

">

S - Safety: Ensure safe environment in Dealerships.

">

Ensure Safety Audit is followed once in all workshops by Territory Managers.

">

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • ">
  • Electrical and Electronics knowledge of eV vehicle.">
  • DMS for flow of Failure reports/ Job Cards/ Repeat complaints/ Revisits/ Dealer Debits. SAP for Part /Failure/ Warranty tracking/ Dealer Debits.">
  • Excel for Reporting.">
  • Field Fix Management experience in Field Service.">
  • Awareness of safe workshop electrical practices for Workshop.">
  • Identification of chronic and critical service issues and proper escalation.">
  • Good drafting skills for technical documentation.">
  • Chassis No./ Vendor part No. basic identification.">
  • Basic finance knowledge for Finance.">

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be an expert in Electric Vehicle technology to identify faults in shortest Turn Around Time (TAT).

Ability to handle vendor and technical written communication in line with policies.

">

Tech savvy to handle technology of Dealer Management System (DMS), SAP, etc.
