Job Opportunity

    We are seeking a Lead Service Designer to join our fast-paced innovation team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and test new service propositions. You will work alongside a venture lead and a creative technologist, driving alignment and buy-in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive landscapes for new propositions.
  • Develop research methodologies and facilitate user and stakeholder interactions to gain a deep understanding of the opportunity space.
  • Apply systems thinking to create optimised ecosystems that balance user, business, and technology priorities.
  • Challenge assumptions using behavioural insight and design expertise to ensure integrated and augmented services.
  • Conduct concept and proposition validation with users and translate actionable insights into subsequent iterations.
  • Provide strategic direction to the team and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with product teams to plan and prioritise feature rollouts based on business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Service Designer.
  • Critical thinking and ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
  • Experience working in the financial sector and understanding its nuances.
  • Ability to interface with senior stakeholders and drive buy-in.
  • Creative thinker who can challenge the status quo while maintaining realistic outcomes.
  • Proactive do-er with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Curiosity about blockchain and its potential applications.
  • Experience working in startups or using lean startup methodologies.
