Key Creative Strategist Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's market position by contributing to the success of assigned client accounts through innovative brand strategy and effective execution.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Contributions
      • Collaborate with content partners to generate new concepts and opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
      • Develop comprehensive case studies along with the Account Management team for award entries, partnerships, and pitches, ensuring seamless integration with campaign objectives.
    • Communication & Coordination
      • Attend high-level campaign briefs by the Account Management team, providing expert insights and strategic recommendations.
      • Meet clients regularly to understand client satisfaction with creative strategy and execution, fostering strong relationships and open communication channels.
    • Creative Strategy
      • Decipher complex briefs along with the account management team, identifying key opportunities and challenges.
      • Develop targeted brand strategy and execution plans based on decoded client briefs for campaigns, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
      • Pitch high-stakes campaigns to clients along with the Account Management team, leveraging expertise and creativity to secure wins.
      • Experiment with novel content formats for client pitches, client briefs, and new partnerships, staying ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and engagement.
      • Conduct thorough research for client pitches, client briefs, and new partnerships, uncovering fresh trends and insights to inform strategy and drive results.
    • Creative Execution
      • Create contextual, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
      • Collaborate closely with functional teams for executing client briefs, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional quality.
      • Work alongside arts, graphics, video, and production teams to co-create compelling content that meets client expectations and exceeds them.
    Requirements:
    • Deep understanding of brand strategy and creative execution, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Familiarity with content creation tools and software, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
