Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Salesforce Data Cloud to spearhead our data cloud initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, along with proven leadership skills to guide technical teams and design scalable architectures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities to unlock customer insights, enable AI-driven personalization, and power intelligent engagement across the enterprise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming (Kafka, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and data harmonization techniques.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with AI tools, Data Cloud + Marketing Cloud activation, and personalization journeys.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
