Job Title: Learning and Development Professional

Description:
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance communication skills, with a focus on spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and soft skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training modules based on communication training programs.
  • Conduct new hire communication training and assessments.
  • Coach and mentor agents to improve their communication skills.
  • Ensure quality standards are met for training programs.
  • Liaise with HR and other stakeholders to coordinate training activities.
  • Manage a team of trainers and prepare them through training programs.
  • Cultivate relationships with central MIS, admin departments, and HR teams to ensure smooth training operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should also have a strong understanding of learning theories and adult education principles. Experience in coaching and mentoring is also desirable.
