Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned communications expert to develop compelling content and facilitate internal collaboration. As an Internal Communications Executive, you will create engaging materials for diverse audiences and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless messaging.

  • Content Creation: Craft high-quality written content, including emailers and communication assets, tailored to specific internal groups.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with HR, Corporate Units, and Brand teams to maintain consistency and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Editorial Planning: Coordinate the development and delivery of editorials, such as monthly newsletters and annual publications, by collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring timely execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support and execute communication initiatives effectively by interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in internal communications to bring innovative approaches that enhance employee engagement.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in crafting high-quality written content for diverse audiences.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to quality and timely execution of campaigns.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in internal communications/journalism, preferably within the services industry.
