As a key contributor to our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Partner to drive the hiring process for one of our esteemed clients in India. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-scaling brand known for innovation, culture, and excellence.
The ideal candidate will own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments, from strategy to delivery. They will build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor. The Talent Partner will use data and insights to guide decision-making and continuously optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet client needs

To succeed in this role, you will have 5+ years' experience in talent acquisition, recruiting across both generalist and technical roles. You will possess a sharp eye for talent and a consultative approach with stakeholders. A strategic mindset is essential, as you will think beyond short-term hires. Experience sourcing for high-growth, fast-paced environments is also required.
