Regional Sales Team Lead

At 5minutes, we're looking for a skilled Regional Sales Team Lead to drive our sales strategy and expand our reach in residential communities and retail outlets.
This role demands someone who thrives in the field, can build and manage a high-performance sales team, and consistently drive customer acquisition and product visibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Door-to-Door Sales Campaigns: Conduct and supervise structured door-to-door sales drives in residential societies, building strong relationships with RWA members to increase product awareness and community engagement.
- Recruit, Train, and Manage the Field Sales Team: Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of sales executives and interns, providing regular training, setting sales targets, and ensuring consistent execution on the ground.
- Drive Brand Activation and Product Sampling Initiatives: Plan and implement brand-building activities such as society activations, product demos, and sampling events to boost customer engagement and sales conversions.
- Expand Retail Presence and Manage Distributor Relationships: Identify, onboard, and manage local retailers and distribution partners to increase product availability and drive sales in target neighborhoods.
- Build and Leverage Local Partnerships for Sales Growth: Establish partnerships with local vendors (e.g., newspaper distributors, milkmen, delivery agents) to extend reach and tap into existing community networks for additional sales opportunities.
- Track Performance and Optimize Field Operations: Monitor daily sales activities, analyze team performance, and refine strategies to improve efficiency, customer acquisition, and ROI from field campaigns.
