Chief of Staff

We are seeking a visionary leader to collaborate closely with our Founder and drive growth initiatives as the Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Work in tandem with the Founder to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, encompassing global expansion and product innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team focused on strategy, operations, and product development.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, oversee key projects, and ensure seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to boost revenue, such as launching new products or forming strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and launching impactful products.

Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate from a prestigious business school like IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, or Calcutta (IIM ABC). An MBA or similar advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Proven success as an ex-founder (ideally with a successful startup) or in senior strategy/operations roles at fast-growing companies.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in transitioning from services to products, expanding businesses globally, or working in tech, consulting, or consumer sectors.

The candidate should be proficient in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, project management platforms, and basic product development methods. A global mindset, fluency in English, and willingness to travel are essential qualities for this role.
