We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Equity Capital Markets team. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents.
  • Advise on and assist with equity market transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and follow-on public offerings (FPOs).
  • Ensure compliance with securities regulations, stock exchange listing requirements, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaise with clients, stock exchanges, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated on securities law developments and evolving market practices.
  • Provide strategic advice on transaction structuring and regulatory implications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets or Capital Markets - Equity at a leading firm.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of securities regulations, equity market transactions, and listing processes.
    • Expertise in drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to handle multiple transactions under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
