Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.">
  • B2 proficiency level language requirement depending on the region.">
  • No current documentation for behavioral or professionalism issues.">
  • Experience in voice/messaging/chat support.">
  • Previous experience in customer service preferably in the hospitality industry.">
