About the Role

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.">
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.">
- B2 proficiency level language requirement depending on the region.">
- No current documentation for behavioral or professionalism issues.">
- Experience in voice/messaging/chat support.">
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in the hospitality industry.">
