Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. If you enjoy digging into numbers, identifying trends, and streamlining processes for improved efficiency, this role is ideal for you.

You will be responsible for:

  • Tracking order status, managing calendars, and resolving issues proactively.
  • Reviewing production artworks and approving UPC tickets.
  • Collaborating with product, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinating with forwarders to secure timely shipment bookings.
  • Maintaining accurate shipping documents for warehousing & accounting.
  • Identifying bottlenecks, analyzing root causes, and recommending improvements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in retail/manufacturing merchandising.
  • 5 years' experience in production or operations analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis (SQL/BI tools an asset).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
