We are seeking a Business Systems Specialist to join our team within the Central Ops Organization.

About the Role
  • The Business Systems Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and usability of our sales tools, including Salesforce, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a liaison between IT Development and business functions to drive system enhancements to completion through business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment.
  2. Resolve Tier 2 support requests driving to timely resolution for the end user.
  3. Demonstrate thorough understanding on role hierarchy, forecast hierarchy, and territory hierarchy.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve tier 2 tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.
  5. Drive all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction through timely follow-up, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and other team members.
  6. Work closely with the company's Subject Matter Experts and IT to research & resolve issues related to Salesforce & Clari.
  7. Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and our Revenue Acceleration team to understand business requirements for systemic enhancements and then partner closely with IT Development for execution through an Agile environment.
  8. Perform business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment.
  9. Conduct change management for related system enhancements.
  10. Project Manage and provide direct support to Merger & Acquisition related Salesforce changes.
  11. Utilize business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
  12. Balance relationships with multiple business teams for new solution features and technical support.
  13. Perform regular SFDC data audits to ensure accuracy within the system.
  14. Assist in scheduled maintenance of the systems via data migrations.
  15. Assist with documentation of best practices and usage.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Strong understanding of role hierarchy, forecast hierarchy, and territory hierarchy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
