Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Process Planning and Improvement expert to drive productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality across various departments.

This role requires a strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, minimize costs, and improve quality.
  • Collaborate with production, QA, QC, store, marketing, purchase, R&D teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure effective inventory management, including raw materials, finished goods, and solvents.
  • Utilize SAP PP module expertise to support planning and execution.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement changes and track progress to ensure desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in process planning and improvement or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach and excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
