Job Description:

We are building a team to develop AI-driven applications in healthcare and fintech. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with expertise in machine learning who can collaborate in designing, developing, and scaling production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust backend systems and APIs to deploy and scale machine learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with cloud-native infrastructure teams to create cost-efficient, high-availability ML pipelines and scalable cloud-supported backend solutions.
  • Implement ML lifecycle workflows from experiment tracking to orchestration.
  • Contribute to end-to-end product development: data ingestion, preprocessing, model serving, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Develop intelligent agents, predictive models, and decision-making capabilities using Predictive learning through ML algorithms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in CS, Data Science, AI/ML.
  • 1-3 years of experience in backend development with a focus on scalable, distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in MERN, Python, Golang, and Java.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL/MongoDB.
  • MLOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge of MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Cloud & Infra: AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI.
  • Versioning & Collaboration: Git, GitHub/GitLab, code reviews, unit testing.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code with strong debugging & testing discipline.
  • Design backend APIs to support AI-driven process optimization and NLP-powered automations.
