Our company is seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to play a key role in developing cutting-edge AI systems.

About the Role
  • AI System Development: You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying reliable and self-improving AI systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex work.
  • Emerging Techniques Integration: Evaluate emerging techniques in Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent advancements in foundation models, and integrate them into our production systems.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Development: Develop products that leverage the capabilities of LLMs and other recent advancements in foundation models. You will also evaluate emerging techniques and integrate them into our production systems.
  2. Data Indexing and Retrieval: Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for efficient search and retrieval.
  3. Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Proficiency in modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Familiarity with AI Agent Stack: LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers.
  • Recent experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
  • Familiarity with our core technologies: Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
