Intelligent Systems Architect

Our mission is to harness the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive business growth. We're developing an autonomous system that can process vast amounts of data, provide real-time insights, and enable informed decision-making.

The goal is to create a seamless integration between data, reasoning, and execution, leveraging agentic AI systems with stateful reasoning, memory, and orchestration. This involves designing and implementing digital twin AI employees using large language models (LLMs), sparse language models (SLMs), and custom orchestration logic.

Key responsibilities include integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and accounting APIs, as well as building plug-and-play AI templates for various industries. Additionally, we need to optimize our solutions for scalability, incorporating retries, fail-safes, state persistence, and performance tuning.

Required Skills:
  • Strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in time-series and sequential modeling.
  • Experience with LLMs, SLMs, or hybrid architectures for reasoning and prediction.
  • Knowledge of probabilistic modeling, including Bayesian methods, Monte Carlo simulations, and Markov decision processes.
  • Hands-on experience with anomaly detection techniques and multi-signal fusion.
  • Ability to move from prediction to prescription, recommending optimal actions rather than just forecasts.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning, optimization algorithms, and decision theory.
  • Familiarity with control systems and closed-loop feedback in enterprise workflows.
  • Expertise in data pipelines, including ETL/ELT, Apache Kafka, Airflow, and dbt.
  • Experience with vector databases for memory/state management.
  • Strong SQL and NoSQL skills for structured and unstructured data.

Bonus points for familiarity with knowledge graphs, graph databases, streaming data, and IoT sensor data.
