Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, planning, and execution of scientific studies and experiments, applying knowledge of analytical chemistry and pharmacology.
  • Author, review, and approve technical documents, including analytical methods, raw data, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct thorough investigations, guide team members, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in analytical testing and project management.
  • Proven expertise in project management, specifically in the development of new chemical entities (NCEs), complex injectables, peptides, and late-phase method validation.
  • Excellent presentation and scientific writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor new joiners and contribute to team goals while meeting individual objectives.
