Drive Innovation in Research Data and Analytics

As a seasoned data engineer, you will lead the development of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support our research data and analytics team. You will oversee projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely and risk-free delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate data models for biopharma scientific data and data dictionaries.
  • Collaborate with global teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive data.

Work closely with Data Architects, Business SMEs, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists to design and develop end-to-end data pipelines across geographic regions.

Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and test automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Databricks and Apache Spark.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.

Preferred qualifications include experience in implementing biopharma scientific research data analytics software platforms and knowledge of cloud data platforms.
