  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of various data sources to derive actionable insights and provide recommendations based on an understanding of our priorities, critical issues, and value levers.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify key business problems, goals, and KPIs to design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines, models, and business-facing reports and dashboards.
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics solutions that solve complex problems in a computationally efficient and statistically valid manner.

Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, agile problem-solving ability, and a solid understanding of digital analytics tools and platforms. Additionally, excellent communication skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking are essential for translating analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an analytical, engineering, operations research, or scientific discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a data and analytics role, including direct development experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong programming skills, experience with data infrastructure, and knowledge of data visualization tools.
