As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for HIC Global Solutions, a leading provider of domestic IT staffing services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, meeting weekly/monthly/quarterly goals as set by the management team.
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle and delivery process, ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular formal reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in domestic IT recruitment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in domestic IT staffing services, leading large client support engagements.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Specific experience in the IT domestic staffing industry is essential.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
