Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our software development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile software development initiatives as both Project Manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations provide transparent status updates and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks blockers and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Champion software development best practices coding standards and architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to drive project success.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
