Mobile App Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Development Lead to lead our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly in leading development teams and working with cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Analyzing current applications, including business logic, workflows, and technical constraints;
  • Migrating shared/common codebase while ensuring compatibility with the Windows environment;
  • Designing and implementing modern mobile UI/UX layers that align with existing business processes;
  • Tackling complex development and integration challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Collaborating closely with international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of C# and Android development;
  • Experience with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices) and cloud technologies;
  • Knowledge of migrating desktop applications to mobile platforms;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to overcome technical challenges;
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders;
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and architecture specifications.
