Additionally, they will need to handle accounting, MIS, budgeting, and audits, as well as manage banking, treasury, and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will also support in ROC filings, Board resolutions, and statutory compliance, while coordinating with auditors, consultants, and management.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification: CS with MBA Finance or M.Com with strong finance knowledge preferred
  • Experience: 3–5 years in Finance/Accounts/Compliance
  • Exposure to secretarial work/company law will be an advantage
