Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead our mechanical maintenance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Planning & Execution
    • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules for all production equipment.
    • Ensure smooth functioning of key systems including fabrication machines, welding lines, paint shop equipment, assembly lines, and utility systems.
    • Minimize downtime and ensure availability of critical spares.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, guide, and supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians across multiple shifts.
    • Conduct skill upgradation programs for maintenance staff on new technologies (robotics, PLC, automation).
  • Continuous Improvement & Cost Control
    • Apply TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and root cause analysis for reducing repetitive breakdowns.
    • Drive automation upgrades and energy-saving initiatives.
    • Optimize maintenance costs while improving machine reliability.
  • Safety & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for pressure vessels, boilers, electrical systems, and environment.
    • Maintain documentation for ISO and customer audits.
    • Enforce strict adherence to plant safety practices.
