About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in administrative duties to support senior management and contribute to the team's overall effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools within the executive business management functional group.
  • Assist with the compilation of research, budget, and statistical data for financial planning initiatives.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and controls, handle sensitive customer issues, and confidential correspondence.
  • Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Interact with shareholders, regulatory agents, media, and internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Additional Requirements for Europe, Middle East & Africa:
  • Experience in Executive Administration, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
