Job Title: Full Stack Architect

">About the Role

The Digital Commerce Team seeks a visionary leader to spearhead the development of enterprise web applications using PHP and ReactJS/NextJS stack.

  • Lead the team in building scalable, maintainable architectures and development roadmaps for enterprise-grade PHP and ReactJS applications.
  • Define technical requirements into high-quality application architecture that meets business needs.
  • Analyze and optimize application performance, memory usage, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks or platform-specific issues.
  • Design and integrate Web Services/APIs as part of product development.
  • Oversee app deployment, including defining strategies for updates, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and development workflows for the team.
  • Actively participate in Agile/SCRUM processes and train junior developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Minimum 9+ years experience in PHP based application development with at least 3 years focused on designing and architecting enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on experience in PHP 8.2 & Laravel Framework (v10 and above).
  • Experience in ReactJS for frontend development and NextJS for implementing Server-side Rendering.
  • Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure and other cloud technologies with Database PostgreSQL & MySQL.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools and processes, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
