As a visionary UX Strategist, you will spearhead the end-to-end design strategy for merging two high-visibility domains into a single, unified AEM-based platform.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business objectives into intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences.

  • You will drive the consolidated UX vision, defining design principles, patterns, and success metrics that align with organizational goals.
  • You will architect and govern a production-ready design system comprising responsive components, enterprise-grade templates, and micro-interaction specifications, ensuring strict WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
  • You will lead a distributed UX/UI team: mentor senior and mid-level designers, conduct rigorous design reviews, and establish best-practice playbooks.

This strategic role requires expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools. You will work closely with AEM Architects and Front-End leads to confirm component feasibility, hand off detailed designs, and monitor implementation quality.

You will define and track key performance indicators, such as design-to-development accuracy, component reuse rate, and user satisfaction scores. You will also champion accessibility and inclusivity by conducting audits of color contrast, semantic markup, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader flows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a high-level design roadmap and ensure alignment with business and technical roadmaps.
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of a modular, extensible design library.
  • Serve as the authoritative design voice in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and triage calls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years' proven leadership in UI/UX design for large enterprises or agency environments.
  • Expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools.
