Role Overview

Senior UI/UX Designer Position

We seek a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the visual and user experience design of next-generation digital products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping user journeys, interface systems, and product identities across various projects spanning Web3, AI, and fintech.

This is not a traditional design position. You'll collaborate directly with technical and product leads to craft high-impact, scalable design solutions from scratch, often for early-stage products with high-growth potential.

Your work will directly influence how users experience complex tools, platforms, and ecosystems. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is fluent in turning ambiguity into clarity, and believes that great design is equal parts form and function, this role is suited for you.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Lead the end-to-end product design cycle, from discovery and ideation through to final delivery.
  • Translate complex ideas, requirements, and user feedback into clear, intuitive experiences.
  • Develop low to high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, and polished UI systems.
  • Create and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems that scale across platforms.
  • Conduct and apply user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to drive design decisions.
  • Closely collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive product vision.
