  • Maintain accurate records of employee training history and progress.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, with expertise in Soft Skills/Behavioral Training.
  • Excellent English Language Proficiency, with exceptional spoken and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations and reports.
  • A deadline-oriented individual with excellent Team Player and Judgment Skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
