Sub-Function: Concierge
Location: Mahalakshmi Main Road, Indore (On-site)
Openings: 10 Positions
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotational week-offs)
Shift Timing: Day Shift Only (No night shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and engage with 100+ customers daily who have downloaded the MediBuddy app.
- Convert leads via scripted consultations and influence customer preferences.
- Provide tailored information about specialty services and surgical care.
- Achieve monthly sales targets (avg. 12 IPD conversions/month).
- Maintain a daily talk time target of 3.5 hours and 66 hours monthly.
- Expedite resolution of queries and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure call quality and process compliance across all communications.
Eligibility Criteria & Skills:Educational Qualification:
- Any graduate (medical/clinical background preferred but not mandatory).
Work Experience:
- 6 months to 6 years in inside sales/telesales/outbound customer support.
Skills Required:
- Fluent in English & Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
- Negotiation & selling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
Compensation Details:
- Net Pay (Take-home): ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
- Maximum CTC: ₹3.6 LPA
- Incentives: Up to ₹2.5 LPA based on performance

Training & Onboarding:
- Training Duration: 1 Week (Paid)
- Assessment: Post-training mock call evaluation by the manager
- Confirmation: From Day of Joining (DOJ)
- Failed Assessment: training will be conducted
Performance & Growth:
- Regular performance reviews and appraisals.
- Incentives applicable only on target achievement.
- No salary deduction in case of missed targets.

Recruitment Process:
- Interview Rounds: 3
- Rounds include a communication assessment, mock calls, and a final round with the manager.
- Total Duration: Approx. 1–3 hours.
- Gender: No preference—open to all.
- Language Test: Conducted via Mock Calls (no external English tests like Versant).
