Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a data-driven marketing professional to manage our paid ad campaigns and drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing large-scale ad spend for e-commerce clients.

The successful candidate will own the outcomes of paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, driving results through strategic decision-making and analytical skills. Key responsibilities include building and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated goals.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can focus on key metrics such as return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV). If you have a strong understanding of attribution tools, AI-powered ad copy, and audience research, you will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, build, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV
  • Own weekly campaign reporting and strategic reviews
  • Collaborate with SEO, social, and email teams to drive integrated results
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Proactively pitch budget reallocation and scaling strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–9 years of experience in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce
  • Experience working with US clients and excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client
  • Deep understanding of ROAS, margins, funnel bottlenecks, and attribution models
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools
  • Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation
