Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

Job Description:

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise in engineering and project management. You will be responsible for delivering complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Your excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams will enable you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.

Your strong technical knowledge and experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems will be essential in driving projects forward and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in engineering and project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
