About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead HR technology integrations, specifically in creating seamless extracts that integrate with Oracle Human Capital Management.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud and a strong understanding of integration development principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR technology integrations using Oracle HCM
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations to ensure high levels of performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in integration development

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in integration development, specifically with Oracle HCM
  • 2 years of development experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Experience with data warehousing technologies and web services
  • Certifications in Oracle HCM modules, OIC, and Agile Methodology

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with integration platforms like Dell Boomi or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and XML/JSON data formats
