Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hiring Professional to join our team. As an Executive Search Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting senior hiring efforts by ensuring our candidates receive the best support and care throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Support

  • You will be integral to mapping competitors to understand the potential candidate landscape, providing critical market intelligence.
  • Coordinate interview availability and booking times with assessors.
  • Prepare candidate briefing documents to support interview preparation.
  • Manage tests and assessments.
  • Ensure all candidate documentation post-offer is completed efficiently.
  • Arrange follow-up meetings, including interviews and feedback briefings.

Candidate Management and Marketing

  • Manage and maintain a database of top target candidates and ensure they receive regular updates.
  • Partner with Directors to ensure recruiting presentations are up-to-date with correct bios and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce regular activity, progress, and other reports, analyzing key trend data.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree.
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person, with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
