Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a seasoned recruitment expert, this role involves overseeing the entire end-to-end hiring process with primary focus on tech vertical for a US investment bank and financial services entity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with Heads of Technology and Business Leaders to comprehend hiring requirements and synchronise recruitment strategy.
  • Sourcing: Lead vacancy briefings, define sourcing strategy per role, craft job advertisements, and deliver quality shortlists for technical roles.
  • Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Salary Proposals: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to conduct market benchmarking and lead salary conversations and negotiations with tech talent.
  • Agency Management: Manage local recruitment agencies and maintain the Preferred Supplier List for tech hiring.

This is a high-touch hiring environment with strong exposure to senior technology and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative and experienced team of recruiters who will support their continued growth.

Requirements:
  • 9+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on technology hiring within the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in hiring for various technical roles.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented hiring strategies.
