About the Role

  • Acting as a coach to the team and ensuring they receive the necessary support to deliver their objectives.
  • Providing technical and process-oriented best practices recommendations and implementing them to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborating with DevOps teams to optimize pipelines and improve delivery times.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to align processes with organizational strategic goals.

You will have the opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders, including development teams, Test Teams, and DevOps teams, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive quality and compliance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • At least 9 years of experience in project implementation using Microsoft technology stack.
  • Experience in successful implementation of Power Platform and Dynamics CRM.
  • Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills.
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum Methodologies, and managing scrum teams.
  • Understanding of Azure Apps, Integration patterns, and Azure DevOps.
