Job TitleSynopsis:

This senior leadership role focuses on Information Security, Risk Management, and Compliance.

We seek a dedicated and visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Owning and driving an enterprise-wide security strategy to ensure resilience, compliance, and trust across our global payments infrastructure.
  2. Protecting systems, partners, and customers while enabling secure scale across multiple jurisdictions.
  3. Focusing on cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and staying ahead of evolving cyber risks and regulatory frameworks.
  4. Aligning policies and controls with global standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA, NIST).
  5. Defining frameworks for customer data protection, fraud monitoring, and secure payment APIs.
  6. Driving audit readiness and managing relationships with regulators, banks, and compliance partners.
  7. Ensuring adherence to AML/KYC/KYT, PSD2, and local payment regulations.
  8. Leading global SOC functions—incident response, forensics, penetration testing, and threat intelligence.
  9. Ensuring resilience across cloud, APIs, wallets, and banking connectors with 24/7 monitoring.
  10. Hiring, mentoring, and scaling a world-class InfoSec, compliance, and fraud prevention team.
  11. Buiding a "security by design" culture across engineering, product, and operations teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 8+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in senior leadership within FinTech or banking.
  • Proven expertise in cross-border payments, card networks, wallets, and banking integrations.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CCSP or equivalents strongly preferred.
  • Experience engaging with global regulators (FCA, MAS, RBI, EU, US FinCEN).
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC/KYT systems, transaction monitoring, and fraud analytics.
