As a TrueSight Administrator at TCS, you will be responsible for installing, upgrading, and integrating BMC TrueSight Operations Management, as well as administering and configuring its various components.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with BMC TrueSight Operations Management installation, upgrade, integration, administration, and configuration, particularly with version 10.x and later.
A strong background in installation of Patrol Agents on Windows, RHEL, AIX, and Solaris OS is also required. Additionally, experience working on knowledge modules like DB, WebSphere, Exchange, Sentry hardware, and Sentry monitoring studio is necessary.
The role requires good troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent and TrueSight server component issues, as well as experience in event management policy administration and configuration.
You will also work on designing and implementing integration solutions with 3rd party tools for event and performance management, and have hands-on experience with TrueSight-Remedy ITSM integration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
A key responsibility will be analyzing environment and event data to fine-tune and reduce instance and event counts, as well as reviewing, analyzing, and enhancing TrueSight architecture and its components as per growing infrastructure and customer requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the TrueSight system, resolving technical issues and providing support as needed.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
