Estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, considering the qualifications and experience required. The location for this job is PAN INDIA, offering a diverse and dynamic environment for professional growth.

Job Description

As a TrueSight Admin at TCS, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the BMC TrueSight Operations Management platform, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Installation, upgrade, and integration of the TrueSight platform
  • Configuration and administration of the TrueSight server components
  • Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent and TrueSight server component issues
  • Experience in working on knowledge modules like DB, WebSphere, Exchange, Sentry hardware, and Sentry monitoring studio
  • Designing and implementing integration solutions with 3rd party tools for event and performance management
  • Working knowledge of MRLs, custom classes, and TrueSight-Remedy ITSM integration

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in service management, excellent problem analysis skills, and hands-on experience in configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart reporting and OOTB TrueSight reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-12 years of full-time education
  • Certification on TrueSight
  • Strong experience with BMC TrueSight Operations Management installation, upgrade, integration, administration, and configuration
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart reporting and OOTB TrueSight reports
  • Excellent problem analysis skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
