Enterprise Business Systems Solution Architect/Team Lead

The newly formed Global Business Technology team is poised to drive major growth and strategic initiatives. We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Business Systems Solution Architect/Team Lead to join our organization.

As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the design and development of GTM systems, ensuring future scalability, growth, and standardization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep knowledge of GTM systems and leverage out-of-the-box functionality to create innovative solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with product lines and Delivery Management teams to identify and promote features needed in the core product.
  • Build and foster relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Create Fit-Gap matrixes and process alignments documentation to ensure solution meets requirements and product functionality.
  • Develop and design requirements for GTM systems in consultation with internal departments and subsidiaries.
  • Formulate technical requirements and concepts for further development of technical requirements.
  • Coordinate and control internal departments and external service providers regarding GTM systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in delivering technical architectures and implementation services for GTM systems like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong requirements, design, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Software Development/Implementation Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, tools, and technologies.
