Job Title: Product Design Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Product Design Strategist who can combine design expertise with strategic product thinking. This role goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces – you will be responsible for crafting end-to-end product experiences, aligning design with business goals, user needs, and technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle – from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and testing.
  • Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Translate business objectives and product strategies into intuitive user flows and scalable design systems.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to quickly validate design ideas.
  • Perform UI/UX audits and testing to optimize customer journeys and improve conversions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are executed with high fidelity and performance.
  • Work with business and strategy teams to align product features with market trends and user needs.
  • Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging design patterns, product design tools, and UX best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Core UI/UX Expertise: Prototyping, Wireframing, User Research, Visual Design.
  • Product Design Skills:
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into design and product features.
  • Experience with design thinking & user-centered design methodologies.
  • Technical Awareness: HTML, CSS, backend logic familiarity, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Analytical Tools: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity (for behavior insights).
  • Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Problem-solving, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.
