**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional to drive business growth, spearhead marketing initiatives, and foster strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by nurturing existing relationships, negotiating agreements, and meeting sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to design innovative products and packaging in response to customer feedback.

Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email marketing, and event planning to engage customers and promote our brand.

Performance Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Brand Representation:
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand at events, trade shows, food festivals, and promotional activities to generate buzz and drive sales.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the food and beverage industry.
