A challenging role for a dynamic sales and marketing professional is available.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building automation solutions project sales, with a proven track record of driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting products to achieve business objectives.
- We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong technical knowledge of building automation solutions and ELV systems.
The selected candidate will develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, collaborate with the marketing team, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and conduct market research to enhance product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments.
- Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth technical knowledge of building automation solutions & ELV systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research.
- Analyze customer feedback and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentational / Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing of building automation solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC and building automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
