Job Title: Oracle Database Specialist

Clover Infotech is currently seeking an experienced Oracle Database Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve managing the delivery of Oracle database solutions, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Oracle Database Delivery
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for escalations and manage issues arising within Oracle Database
  • Lead teams in achieving project objectives
  • Interact with client business managers through regular reviews and updates
  • Collaborate with team members for mutual benefits in projects while liaising with clients on their projects for better feedback
  • Conduct regular reviews and refine engagement plans and processes to drive continuous improvement in service quality
  • Oversee activities related to finalizing projects/applications for smooth execution, provide technical support to clients, and resolve their issues
  • Track delivery progress in terms of cost, resource deployment, time overruns, and quality compliance, proactively identify and rectify problems to ensure adherence to delivery timelines
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Oracle database management
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database systems and software development
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
