This full-time role as a Customer Relationship Manager will be based in Gurugram and is responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies to foster loyalty and retention. Key tasks include analysing customer data, managing CRM software, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse customer data to gain insights
- Manage CRM software for effective customer interaction
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Work on market segmentation and collaborate with project management to drive continuous improvement
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales and market segmentation
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to map and own the repeat customer journey, nudge and retain existing customers, and build sustainable revenue streams from loyalty and retention.
